Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add chopped onions. Saute for 5min.

Add chopped tomato. Saute for 2min.

Add capsicum. Mix well. Add spices and mix well. Saute for 2min more

Add oats and water together. Constantly stir for no lumps. Cook for 2-3min

When water dry up switch off the flame

Serve hot with curd
