Steps

Wash, pick ewedu leaf, make egusi paste and set aside.

Boil ewude leaf till it becomes soft, blend ewudu when its well cooked or beat with a kitchen broom.

Pour blended ewedu into a hot on fire, add salt, iru and egusi paste, stir and add water if necessary.

Serve with amala and stew preferably.
