Today I made this Gajar Halwa using ingredients easily available at home. Mouthwatering and very tasty.
Steps

In a heavy bottom pan heat the ghee in low medium heat. Fry the nuts and then the grated mawa.
- 2
Add grated carrot and a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes to get soften gajar.
- 3
Now mix condensed milk and cook till moisture dries up. Cool and mix cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped pista.
- 4
Yummy and mouthwatering gajer halwa is ready to serve.

Note: Condensed milk has sugar.
