Then add the zucchini, potato, and bouillon cubes, and let it cook until the vegetables are tender.

In a pan over heat, toast the orzo without any oil.

Toasted orzo.

When the vegetables are cooked, gradually add the orzo to the soup and let it simmer for five minutes. Serve and enjoy. 😍👌
