Ingredients

5 people
  1. 1 1/2 litersboiling water
  2. 2 cupspeas and carrots
  3. 1potato, cubed
  4. 2zucchinis, cubed
  5. 1/2 cuporzo
  6. 1small onion
  7. 2vegetable bouillon cubes
  8. 2 tablespoonssunflower oil
  9. 3cardamom pods

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot over heat, warm the oil and add the cardamom and onion. Sauté briefly, then add the peas and carrots.

    Add the boiling water and let it cook until the peas are halfway done.
