  • 1 mediumOnion, graded
  • 2 cupBoiling water
  • 2 canCream of celery soup
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 1/2 cupVelveta
  • 2 tspWorcestershire sauce ~ to taste

    Boil in water ~ carrots and onions until tender ~ 30 to 35 min

    Add soup, milk, velveta and worcestershire, cook over medium to low heat ~ stirring until cheese is melted
