Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked rice
  • 2 tbspOil
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cupChopped onions
  • 2 tbspsteamed French beans
  • Carrots and green capsicums cut in Julienne
  • 2 tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Garam masala

Steps

    In a pan add oil, add ginger garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions.

  3. 3

    Add carrots and green capsicums.

  4. 4

    Add steamed French beans.

  5. 5

    Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix nicely.

  6. 6

    Add cooked rice. And add the black pepper and garam masala.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
