Ingredients

For aloo mix—
1 cup grated mozarella cheese
1 cupboiled and mashed potato
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspanchor powder
1 cup cheese
2 tspChopped coriander
2 cup besan
to taste salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chat masala / amchoor powder
as needed coriander leaves (chopped)
For besan mix -

Take bread slice first

Apply potato mix

Than add cheese on potato mixture

Put another bread slice on it and cover it than cut into triangle shape and put it into besan batter

Fry it in medium to high flame and put it in tissue paper

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
