Ingredients

  • 125 gramsbutter, softened
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/3 cupcaster sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cupsself raising flour
  • 3/4 cupmilk chocolate baking chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160°c

  2. 2

    Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Whisk in the egg and vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Stir in flour, then fold in the chocolate chips

  5. 5

    Place teaspoonful of mixture on greased baking tray and cook for 10-15mins.
    Cool on a wire rack
