Ingredients

  1. 0.1 kgspinach
  2. 1 Boiled mashed potatoes
  3. 0.05 kgroaster chana powder
  4. 0.01 kgginger chopped
  5. 4 green chilli chopped
  6. 0.01 kggaram masala powder
  7. 0.005 kgsalt
  8. 0.001 mllemon juice
  9. 0.025 kgghee
  10. 0.01 kgcumin powder
  11. 0.025 kggrated cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the roots og spinach, boil, sqeeze & paste.
    Mix all other ingredient well.
    Now divide the dough into four balls, stuffe the ball with grated cheese & flat each ball by use your palm & make it patty shape.
    Genty shallow fry it on a tawa wth ghee till the brown colour comes on each side,.
    Serve hot with mint chutney & lachha salad
