Ingredients

  • 2Boiled potato
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • 1 cupSpinach
  • 3Green chillies
  • 1 cupCoriander leaves
  • As per tasteSalt
  • As requiredOil for frying
  • 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  • As requiredCornflour/semolina for coating

Steps

  1. 1

    Make paste of coriander and green chilli.

  2. 2

    Microwave peas for 2 minutes then mash it.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl add potatoes mash it properly now add all the ingredients mix it well and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Now make a small small round shape of kabab.

    Coat these kabab in a cornflour.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it until it's become crispy.

    Serve hot.
