4bread slices
2eggs(mine were a bit small)
1 tablespoonsugar
Cinnamon

Beat your eggs with the sugar and cinnamon. You add a tablespoon of water /milk

Butter your bread slices (optional). Dip your bread in the egg mixture (both sides)

In a pan, put some butter/margarine/veg oil...place your bread slice on the pan and let it cook on one side till ready.

Flip to the other side and let it cook till golden brown

Serve with some spiced Tea or hot milk
