Cream butter and sugar together till fluffy

Beat each egg one at a time into the butter and sugar

Add vanilla essence

Add flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix till smooth

Add milk and mix

Separate the batter into two

Add cocoa powder to one batter

Flour a baking tin and scoop the batter one alternating the other

Preheat oven at 175c and bake for 40 minutes

Once done set to cool
