Clean and wash Poha soak into water for 5 minutes and drain water

In a bowl take Poha add refine flour make a dough keep a side

Boil milk reduce half into low flame add sugar 50gm add a pinch of saffron

Heat kadhi add grated coconut cook into low flame add sugar 50gm cook till sugar melt and stair cotinusoly

Divide the dough into small ball and roll into small puri places coconut stuffing into middle give a shape of gugia

Heat refine oil and fry till light golden colour into low flame
- 7
Put the fry gugia into the milk and rest for 20 minute and serve
