Fry the onions and garlic until well browned.

Add the chopped Dhania, capsicum and tomatoes and fry on low heat until half cooked.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add salt, pour into the the pan, add githeri also and stir.

Add some salt or pepper (optional) and slow cook for about 5 minutes,

The Githeri is ready for serving.
