  3. 13/4baking powder
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 1/4 cupbutter
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Cream sugar and butter

    Beat the egg one a time

  3. 3

    Add vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Pout the flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix till smooth

  5. 5

    Add milk to the batter and mix

  6. 6

    Fold in the sultanas into the batter

  7. 7

    Scoop the batter into the cupcakes liners

  8. 8

    Preheat oven to 190c and input the batter

  9. 9

    Bake for 18 minutes place on a cooling rack to cool
