In a deep bowl mix together, thin poha, coconut scraping, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves & lemon juice.

Mix well & keep it covered for around 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes the poha are evenly wet & soft.

Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds allow it to splutter.

Add cummin seeds, groundnuts & saute well til it becomes reddish.

Then add curry leaves, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric powder saute well.

Sprinkle this tadka over the poha mixture add salt & sugar mix well to make it even.

Serve immediately.
