1 cupgrated fresh coconut
3/4 cupsugar
1 pinchcardamom powder
1 tbspmilk
Food colour(optional)

Grease a Thali or pan with ghee

Take a nonstick pan and add Coconut,milk,sugar.

Stir for sometime.

Add cardamom powder and keep stirring till everything comes together.

Add food colour and mix and transfer in a greased Thali.

Cut the burfis when set.
