Keep aside the cooked rice and boiled noodles.

In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste.

Add chopped chillies

Saute well and add carrots.

Add cooked rice and mix well. Add boiled noodles.

Mix well. Add soya sauce and vinegar.

Add salt, white pepper and chilli flakes.

Mix well 2 mins

Add freshly chopped coriander and serve hot.
