  • 2tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupcoconut milk

    Boil and peel arbi.heat oil fry arbi And keep aside.in the same oil add chopped onions, saute till translucent.add ginger garlic paste,saute for sometime and tomatoes red chilli powder salt.add arbi and coconut milk cook for some more time till oil leaves pan.switch off flame.
