Ingredients

  • 2 cupsgram flour
  • 1red onion finely chopped
  • 2Royce cubes
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1hand full dhania/ kunde-finely chopped
  • Pinchsalt
  • Water to mix the ingredients
  • Deep frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients to a thick porridge paste. Let it sit for 30min

  2. 2

    Heat the deep frying oil in medium heat.

  3. 3

    Drop a small amount of the butter to check if hot enough.if the butter floats u good to go

  4. 4

    Use a serving spoon to drop the butter in small portions and fry both sides till golden brown

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ukwaji dip.

  6. 6
