In a large bowl whisk the egg using a spoon and keep aside

Heat the oil in a pan add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add chopped onion and green chilli saute for one min

Add tomato,curry leaves,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,egg and salt to taste saute 4-5 min in a medium to high flame

Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with hot buttered pav
