Ingredients

  1. 150 gmfresh coconut grated
  2. 1/2 tinmilkmaid
  3. 50 gmalmonds(Blanched and chopped)
  4. Few strands of saffron-Soaked in 2tbsp water
  5. 2 tspghee
  6. 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a karahi,mix together milkmaid,coconut and almonds.cook on low heat till the mixture leaves the sides of karahi.

  2. 2

    Spread this mixture on a greased flat tray and dot with the soked saffron.

  3. 3

    Cool the mixture and cut into desired shapes.
