Ingredients

  • 250 gmmaida
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  • Pinchhing
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida, salt,2 spoon oil,black pepper and ajwain in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add some water and make a dough.

  3. 3

    Rest dough for 1/2 hour.

  4. 4

    Take small balls with the dough,make mathri shape.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok add all mathri and deep fry till golden in colour.
