Steps

Boil the beef with salt ginger and garlic

Leave to cook until all the water is dried up

Add chopped spring onions.. Leave to cook for few more minutes

Add spices, stir

Cook for less than 5 mins. Then remove from heat.

Leave to cool

Roll your puff pastry and fill in the prepared beef.

Align your tray.

Place the filled pastry leaving enough space in between

Brush with egg wash.

Bake in a pre_heated oven for 10mins

Serve with your favourite drink.
