Cut the Potatoes into thin slices and keep in cold water

Strain the water and mix salt,sugar and turmeric powder into it

Heat oil in a wok make sure the oil is heated properly

Add Potatoes saute well

Fry it till it becomes golden brown and crisp

Your potato crisp is ready to be served
