Concoction Fried Rice
some days are meant for quikie rice
Steps

In a pot, parboil water and once its hot add rice and parboil once its almost tender turn off heat and wash rice with cold water and set aside.

Wash chicken and spice with salt, knorr, pepper and onion. Parboil till chicken is tender and remove from heat.

Heat up oil and once its hot, add chicken and fry for about 5 minutes, then add onions, garlic and ginger and stir for another 3 minutes before adding diced tomatoes and onions

Add salt, knorr cube, oregano any other spice you wish to add and allow it simmer for another 4 minutes

Pour in rice and stir cover pot and allow it simmer till water dries out and rice is soft, finally add red and green bell stir and remove from heat and serve
