So since am going on a diet soon which including counting calories; I decided to try out some of my favorite recipe to check how much calories I will consume when I eat my favorite food. So stay tuned on this page cos we shall be counting calories on every meal soonest. Calories = 400
Grilled Plantain

Steps

Wash and peel plantain, cut thin but in desired shape, sprinkle little salt if you have to and set aside

Heat up grill pan, but before then place a cooking brush over canola oil and brush over the grill pan

Once grill pan is hot; plan plantain and cover allow it grill for 4 to 5 minutes and remove from the grill

Heat up frying pan and once it’s hot, pour in the remaining vegetable oil
- 5
Once the oil heat up abit, add onion and later stir in the pepper; break eggs in between whisk in salt and whisk properly

Pour whisk egg into the frying pan and allow it cake properly then flip over
- 7
Serve with grilled plantain.
