Ingredients

1 bowl
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1cucumber
  • 1carrot
  • 1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 bunchcilantro (dhania)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice/cube onion

  2. 2

    Dice/cube carrots

  3. 3

    Dice/cube tomatoes

  4. 4

    Dice/cube cucumber

  5. 5

    Add all ingredients in a bowl. Add the salt, sugar and red wine vinegar. Toss to combine. Sprinkle lemon juice

  6. 6

    Garnish salad with chopped cilantro (dhania). Refrigerate a few minutes before serving
