Ingredients

1 bowl
  1. 2tomatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
  6. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 bunchcilantro (dhania)
  8. Juice from 1 lemon
  9. 1 teaspoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice/cube onion

  2. 2

    Dice/cube carrots

  3. 3

    Dice/cube tomatoes

  4. 4

    Dice/cube cucumber

  5. 5

    Add all ingredients in a bowl. Add the salt, sugar and red wine vinegar. Toss to combine. Sprinkle lemon juice

  6. 6

    Garnish salad with chopped cilantro (dhania). Refrigerate a few minutes before serving
