Ingredients

1 cupcooked basmati rice
Chopped into cubes mix vegs
Fried chips of 2 potatoes
Salt
Crushed garlic
1 tbsplight soy sauce
1 tspwhite vinegar
Chopped dhania
1chopped onion & spring onion for garnish
2 tbspoil
Crushed black pepper

Steps

Heat the wok & add oil

Add the onions, saute for a minute
3

Now add the vegs, garlic,salt & saute for 5 mins

Add the rice & the chips mix well. Add the soy sauce
5

Add black pepper & dhania.

Mix well. Add the vinegar.

Serve hot & garnish with spring onions
