Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  1. 200 gramparwal
  2. 2Potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoonjeera seeds paste
  4. 1" ginger paste
  5. 2-3green chillies chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1/2 teaspoonjeera seeds
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the Potatoes and parwal into cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper the jeera seeds and bay leaf

  3. 3

    Add the parwal cubes fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add Potatoes and fry well

  5. 5

    Now add the jeera,ginger and green chillies saute well

  6. 6

    Add water and cover to allow it to cook well

  7. 7

    As the veges get soft and combined well and the curry gets the desired consistency, remove it from oven

  8. 8

    The potato parwal curry is ready to be served with rice or chapati
