Take a heavy bottom pan and add the water and sugar and make a tick sugar syrup

Take bowl and add the flour, curd, gulab jal, and whisk it well and make a tick batter. And cover it and leave it for 1 hour.

Take a heavy bottom pan and aad oil and heat it. When the oil heated properly, take a jalebi cloth and make it round jalebi and cook till the pinkish colour. And soak it in the warm sugar syrup and serve it.
