Always looking to inspire the children's lunch boxes with cakes that will survive the journey - these are delicious!!
Steps

Mix Flour, Fat, Sugar and Eggs together.

Add Salted Caramel flavouring. (Vanilla or Almond as alternatives)

Grate in Chocolate and mix further.
- 4
Spoon mix equally to make 12 Cup Cakes
- 5
Bake in preheated Oven 180C (fan) for approximately 15 mins
- 6
Allow to cool.
- 7
Make icing with a few drops of Salted Caramel Essence and water until right consistancy
- 8
Ice Cup Cakes and top with your favourite sprinkles then leave to set.
