Place the peanuts in a mixing bowl

Add the dry ingredients first and mix well

Further add, ginger-garlic paste,oil and adequate water to create a sticky thick mixture

Heat enough oil for deep frying in a wok

Scoop out the peanuts coated well in the spices and drop them carefully in the hot oil

Deep Fry in batches on Low-medium heat until crisp

Rest the fried peanuts on an absorbent paper for few minutes before storing them airtight

Enjoy the savoury snack with hard drinks or even with your daily cup of tea/coffee
