Chicken in a White Wine Sauce

A very quick, simple and tasty dish.

Ingredients

  1. 10boneless chicken thighs
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tsppepper
  4. 8 tbsbutter
  5. 1 1/3 cupwhite wine
  6. 1 cupchicken broth
  7. 1/2 cupdiced red onion
  8. 1 1/3 cupwhipping cream

Cooking Instructions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.

    Melt 1 tbs butter and cook chicken.

  3. 3

    When chicken is cooked, remove from skillet (I used a cast iron).

  4. 4

    Add rest of bitter, broth wine and onion to skillet.

  5. 5

    Bring liquid mixture to a slight boil, about 10 to 15 minutes. Liquid should have reduced in size.

    Stir in heavy whipping cream.

  7. 7

    Keep stirring until sauce thickens.

  8. 8

    Add chicken to the sauce and coat.

  9. 9

    Plate and serve. This goes well with fresh steamed green beans. Enjoy :)
