Beat the heat with this amazingly refreshing cooler. This is sugarfree and can be safely consumed by folks with diabetes.
Steps

Soak the Chia seeds for 15 minutes using some cold water

In a large pitcher or bowl, dissolve the jaggery well using 1/2 a cup of cold water

Further add the lemon juice and soaked Chia seeds
- 4
Combine well and add more cold water if needed
- 5
Divide the juice into serving glasses(this recipe makes 2)

Serve chilled with ice cubes
