Mint/Pudina Chicken is an authentic Hyderabadi dish having a nice smell along with a great taste of the leaves.
Cooking Instructions

Clean the chicken pieces and cut into medium size (prefer Boneless).

Take a Mixer Jar and put 1/2cup Pudina Leaves,3cloves of garlic,salt & 2green chillis;make a fine paste.keep it aside.

Again take rest of the Pudina leaves,Coriander Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion (cut in pieces), Green Chillis, yogurt and make a thick paste (Try to avoid fine paste).

Take the paste(2nd one) into a bowl and add Salt, Red chilli powder, coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder(optional), Cloves, Cardamoms, Cinnamon Stick and mix the paste well.

Put the chicken Pieces into the paste(2nd one) and mix it thoroughly;take a fork and poke the chicken pieces so that pudina paste can go little inside the chicken and it will also allow chicken to cook well.Also add Olive oil and keep this marinated chicken inside refrigerator for nearly 1-2 hours.

Take a non-stick pan and put butter;once the butter gets heated put the marinated chicken in the pan and allow it to cook for nearly 20 minutes on low flame.

Pour the fine Pudina paste(1st one).Cook for another 5 minutes.

Once cooked, take the chicken into the serving bowl & serve hot with roti or paratha.
