Kamalkakdi kabab with achari dahi masala dipp

Nicely wash and peel Kamal kakadi in runing water.

Boil Kamal kakadi in pressure cooker for 15- 20 minutes / 4 -5 vissel with some salt.

When Kamal kakadi boiled, nicely mashed it with the help of potato masher.

Add all spices,ginger garlic paste,green chilli, cream and coriander with Kamal kakadi.mixed well.

Make kababs as your desired shape.

Take a heavy bottom griddler pan.

Put some oil on pan when it heatup add kababs in it and cooked till brown in colour.

For dipp - add achari masala with curd.

When kababs is cooked serve it with dipp.and enjoy your meal.
