Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste salt pepper and green chillies. Keep aside

Take a kadai add onions and garlic and sautee.Add chopped tomatoes and add all the herbs and spices mentioned in gravy.Let it get thick.Reduce the water

Shred the chicken and add that.add the stock as well.Reserve some stock to sirtfry the vegges

STIR FRY VEGGIES: Stir fry the vegetables separately 1 at a time

Take very little oil add garlic and add the bell peppers add stock and slightly stir fry them with salt and pepper

Similarly stir fry the Brocolli,Mushrooms and zucchini too.Do not cook the vegetables.

On our gravy spread the sitfried peppers, Mushrooms and broccoli

Arrange the zucchini on top

Spread the cheese

Put the kadai back on stove and cook till the cheese melts

Serve as it is.
