Ingredients

  • 2 bowlmaida
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspkasoori methi
  • to tastesalt
  • oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida,salt,oil,black pepper,kasoori methi and carom seeds in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add some luck warm water and make a dough.rest dough for 1/2 hour.

  3. 3

    After 1/2 hour make mathri.with the help of roller pin.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in wok add mathri and deep fried till golden in colour.
