Heat oil in a pan.

Add sliced onion and fry till golden brown,

Add chicken pieces and fry till red.

Cover it and cook in low flame.

Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,salt,crushed mint leaves and also add 2 tbsp water and saute.

When oil leaves the corner of the pan,add half cup of water and mix well.

Add coriander leaves and cover it for 5 - 6 mins.

Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
