Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1/2jackfruit cut and boiled
  2. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  3. 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  4. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  5. 1onion sliced
  6. 1/2tomato puree
  7. 3-4 tablespooncashew-raisins paste
  8. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonjeera seeds
  10. 1bay leaf
  11. 1dry red chilli
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil
  14. As neededgram flour
  15. As neededwater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the boiled jackfruit

  2. 2

    Mix half of ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,red chilli Powder,salt and cashew raisins paste

  3. 3

    Now mix gram flour andake balls of it

  4. 4

    Deep fry the balls and keep aside

  5. 5

    Heat oil temper jeera seeds,bay leaf,dry red chilli

  6. 6

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  7. 7

    Add tomato puree and saute

  8. 8

    Now add jeera powder and cashew-raisins paste combine well

  9. 9

    Add water and boil the curry

  10. 10

    Add the fried balls and cover

  11. 11

    Finally add garam masala powder and sugar

  12. 12

    The kofta curry is ready
