Marinate chicken with vinegar and salt for an hour.Make a batter with cornflour, little soya sauce, salt, orange red food colour and little water.Dip the chicken pieces in this batter and fry till crispy.

In the remaining oil fry the slit green chillies also red chillies and set aside.Fry the chopped ginger and garlic.Then add the cubed onions.Lightly toss alongwith the cubed capsicum. Add little water to the remaining cornflour batter and pour over the chicken and cook for sometime.Add a pinch of MSG and orange red food colour.Add the honey and toss.Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves
