Ingredients

  • 4potatoes boiled and peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • 1 tbspjeera
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan

  2. 2

    Add heeng, zeera, green chilli. And crackle them.

  3. 3

    Add turmeric, diced potatoes. Stir it.

  4. 4

    Add garam masala,Salt and kasuri methi.

  5. 5

    Cook till brown

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice

  7. 7

    Serve hot
