I'm a huge fan of tostadas 😍, I love them! Here’s a way to make them with cactus paddles (nopal), which is very budget-friendly and healthy.

Cook the chorizo in a pan, add the onion, and once combined, stir in the cooked nopal. Stir occasionally until everything is well mixed and heated through.

Wrap the green onions in aluminum foil and roast them over the stove. For the pico de gallo, finely chop all the ingredients. You can also add avocado, pickled onions, radishes, or your favorite salsas!

Tip: You can make this with soy chorizo instead.
