Spinach Tomato Tortellini & Ravioli

Combine all spices and set aside.

In large soup pot combine chicken stock and crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Add spices to pot and stir well to combine.

Add ravioli and tortellini to pot and cook according to package directions. If they have different cooking times add accordingly so that they are done at the same time.

Add heavy cream to pot and mix well.

Add chopped spinach to pot and stir frequently until it becomes just wilted. Should take approximately 3-4 minutes.

Add parmesan cheese to pot and stir well to combine.

Remove from heat and let sit a few minutes to rest before serving. You can add a little fresh grated parmesan to your bowl when you serve it but I prefer not to.
