Heat a clay tagine pot until hot, then add olive oil and the washed meat.

Add salt and garlic, and let the meat brown. Add the onion, sliced into half-moons.

Stir the meat with the onion, add the spices, and mix. Once the meat is browned on both sides, add hot water and green olives. Cover and cook. If the water evaporates before the meat is fully cooked, add more hot water as needed until the meat is tender. Enjoy!
