  • 4 tablespoonscooking oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1medium-sized onion
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar

    Dice meat, and boil until soft and tender.

    Drain any water left. Add oil and chopped onion then stir.

  3. 3

    Add vinegar and salt. Stir until slightly brown.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with greens and ugali.
