1 bunchspinach (cleaned and chopped)
3carrots(peeled and grated)
1onion(chopped)
2garlic cloves(crushed)
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoonmixed spice
2 tablespoonscanola oil
1knorrox cube

In a pot heat oil and fry onion and garlic

Add rinsed and chopped spinach then add spices, knorrox cube stir, cook a bit and add carrots then mix well until they soft

I served it with grilled chicken wings and ribs along with boiled sweet corn and butternut
