Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 250 gramflour (maida)
  • 1egg
  • 150 gramsugar (according your taste)
  • 1 tablespooncardmom powder
  • as neededmilk
  • 1-2 pinchlemon yellow colour
  • 2-3 chirongi

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl,mix flour,egg,cardmom powder,lemon yellow colour,sugar.

  2. 2

    Add milk to the above mix,make a thick batter (not very thick)flowing consistancy.

  3. 3

    Heat oil (deep fried) in a nonstick kadai.

  4. 4

    Add a ladle full of batter,it should form a jaali on the edges as in the pic.

  5. 5

    Deel fry till edges are golden fried,turn and fry untill golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
