Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 250 mlcurd
  • 20 groasted powdered jeera
  • 20 gmint leaves
  • Rock salt as per your taste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add curd roasted eera powder salt and blend it in a mixer grinder by adding water into it.

  2. 2

    Take mint leaves in another jar of blender and grind it finely into a paste

  3. 3

    Now add these finely ground mint leaves in the churned curd and add little more water to adjust it's consistency

  4. 4

    Your lassi is ready..

  5. 5

    Serve in the glasses chilled..

  6. 6

    Enjoy this refreshing summer coolant.
